Our culture is built of four main elements: vision, values, unique characteristics, and leadership standards.
The vision of Freedom Fellowship Church of Mineral Wells is to be presence driven people who believe the bible, teach the bible, and apply the bible.
We believe that these aren’t just things that we value, but that God values. So if God values them, then we want to walk in them. These are the things we aim to live out daily, not just at church!
Freedom is a journey of surrender that we get to go on with the Lord. We commit to pursuing the freedom that Jesus has paid for on the cross by: encountering Him daily, giving Him everything, forgiving others, sharing our freedom story, and helping others pursue freedom too.
We believe that when we are authentic first; it opens the door for others to be authentic with us and the Holy Spirit. We believe that authenticity leads to freedom, brings spiritual growth, strengthens relationships, and allows us to disciple others.
We commit to catching the Father’s heart, so that we can see people the way that the Lord does. We believe that honoring people calls them higher, speaks identity, and welcomes empowerment.
We take care of all that God has given us by continuing to hold it with open hands and giving it back to Him! Stewardship prepares the way for us to be generous with our five kingdom currencies.
We believe that when we take time to slow down, see others, and have the tough conversations we get to build relationships and our character. It’s through communication and building trust that we get to build the kingdom together in unity.
Our unique characteristics are what the Lord desires from Freedom Fellowship, and it’s what sets us apart.
We commit to going after the one, because we remember how Jesus did that for us. We do this by outreach events, being carriers of His presence, and sharers of the gospel.
We commit to pursuing freedom for both us, and others. We do this by pursuing our own freedom, sharing our freedom story, and walking with people into their own freedom.
We realize that we are not the same, but we are all sons and daughters of the King. So while we are all different, we commit to having welcoming arms, open hearts, and being ready to encounter God beside you!
We commit to putting people first by slowing down, checking on hearts, and having transparent conversations.
We commit to being presence driven by seeking His heart, and having the heart posture of “We won’t move without you, Holy Spirit”. Our greatest desire will always be to please the Lord, and encounter His presence.
Our leadership standards are the standards for our members at Freedom Fellowship Church. These are things that we look for in people who we want to empower.
We pursue health by: pursuing forgiveness, taking weekly sabbaths, prioritizing our families, attending yearly freedom events, and having daily encounters.
We pursue unity with the Holy Spirit and each other by pursuing His heart and His desires. We believe that unity is possible when we’re all seeking the Lord, and hearing His voice.
We get to steward ourselves, our families, our church, and our community by keeping open hands and always giving it back to the Lord.
We get the honor to give the Lord our FIRSTS by sowing back into the Kingdom with our finances. We realize that it was His to begin with, so we’re just giving Him back what is rightfully His.
We commit to setting aside time DAILY to seek Him, and His heart. We know spiritual growth and intimacy doesn’t just happen, so we commit ourselves to seeking Him DAILY.
